Position Summary

The Production Associate supports OutSolve consultants and clients by preparing data, producing compliance reports, coordinating project activities, monitoring deadlines, and assisting with workforce reporting deliverables. This role serves as an operational backbone for the consulting team, helping ensure client projects move efficiently from data collection through final delivery.

 

Production Associates work closely with consultants, team leads, and subject matter experts to support federal contractor compliance projects, state and local reporting, data validation, manual report preparation, project tracking, and quality-control activities. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, organizing work across multiple priorities, solving practical problems, and supporting client-facing teams.

 

GeneralResponsibilities

·         Support Consultants and Team Leads with workforce reporting, federal contractor compliance, state reporting, and other compliance operations projects. 

·         Prepare, organize, validate, and review client workforce data for reporting and analysis. 

·         Identify missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate data and communicate findings to the consultant, Team Lead, or client as directed. 

·         Assist with preparation of EEO-1 reports, VETS-4212 reports, Section 503 and VEVRAA reporting, state and local reporting requirements, and other compliance-related deliverables. 

·         Prepare reports and analyses using OutSolve’s proprietary software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other internal systems or templates. 

·         Support state and local reporting that may be prepared manually or outside of OutSolve’s proprietary system. 

·         Maintain project trackers, monitor reporting deadlines, and communicate project status to consultants and Team Leads. 

 

·         Help consultants manage project flow by tracking outstanding data, pending client responses, due dates, report status, and deliverable completion. 

·         Perform quality-control reviews to help ensure reports and deliverables are accurate, complete, and consistent with client data and project scope. 

·         Assist with data formatting, reconciliation, file organization, and report preparation needed to move projects through the production process. 

·         Coordinate internally with consultants, Team Leads, operations, product, and other team members when additional information or support is needed. 

·         Provide support for special projects, process updates, internal initiatives, and operational tasks as assigned. 

·         Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead or management. 

 

JobQualifications

Education:Bachelor’sdegreeorequivalentworkexperience

Experience:Entrylevelposition. Prior experience working with data, reporting, HR, compliance, project coordination, administrative support, or client service is helpful but not required.

 

Skills

·         Ability to learn workforce reporting requirements, federal contractor compliance concepts, state reporting processes, and OutSolve systems and workflows. 

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. 

·         Strong organizational and project coordination skills. 

·         Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and changing priorities at the same time. 

·         Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help identify data issues, reporting gaps, or process questions. 

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and related Microsoft 365 tools. 

·         Ability to follow established procedures while recognizing when an issue should be escalated. 

·         Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with consultants, Team Leads, and other team members. 

·         Professional, service-oriented approach to supporting internal teams and client deliverables.
