Job Title: Production Associate

Location: 69 Meadowbrook Drive-Milford, NH 03055

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $20.75 + 15% = $23.86/hr on W2 (including all benefits)

Shift: Mon-Fri 2:30pm-10:30pm

This is a second shift position Mon-Fri 2:30pm-10:30pm. The training would be on 1st shift Mon-Fri 6:30am-2:30pm for approximately 4-6 months.

This role is primarily responsible for the efficient and quality setup and operation of grinding and thread rolling machines in a safe and orderly manner while maximizing production output using efficient and effective methods.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Troubleshoot and perform offsets to centerless grinders and thread roller as needed
" Set up operating parameters for centerless grinders and thread rollers
" Select equipment, grinding wheels, blades, coolants, filtration systems, rollers
" Use Lead checker, Comparator, micrometer and Tri mic
" Some computer work
" Maintain clean a safe work area
" Work with minimal supervision

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
" Math skills
" Strong fine motor skills
" Good manual dexterity and visual acuity to manipulate micrometers, calipers and other precision hand tools
" Basic computer knowledge
" High school degree or GED
" 1+ years machine operation experience

Additional Characteristics:
" This position may require standing for long periods of time, up to 8 hours per day
" Requires the ability to lift 30+ lbs. occasionally, 20-30 lbs. frequently, and up to 20 lbs. constantly
" This position may be exposed to various industrial cleaning chemicals and oils
