Staffmark is Now Hiring Manufacturing Process Technician
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $28.60 per hour
Schedules Available:
- Monday – Friday
- 1st Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift | 3 PM - 11:30 PM
Ready to put your hands-on process expertise to work where it actually moves the needle? We're looking for a Manufacturing Process Technician to drive efficiency, quality, and smooth production on our assembly line.
What You'll Do (Job Duties)
- Develop, maintain, and improve assembly processes; review specs periodically for accuracy
- Partner with Quality Engineers on process improvement, monitoring, root cause, and corrective actions
- Drive production schedules and process issues to resolution
- Support engineering and development labs on new product introduction
- Create production-ready documentation (MPIs) including equipment setup and programs
- Lead the team on process and efficiency improvements
- Handle first-call response on non-maintenance downtime issues
- Monitor equipment performance; make minor adjustments (setups, calibrations, alignments)
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with repairs under supervision
- Support operators with questions and demonstrations; spot-check product quality
- Assist with ISO and safety compliance
What You Bring (Experience)
- Hands-on experience with assembly requirements and processes
- Comfort working across engineering, quality, and production teams
- Familiarity with equipment calibration and basic troubleshooting
