Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate/Finisher to join its manufacturing team. This hands-on role is responsible for performing finishing operations on manufactured products, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting daily production activities
Perform finishing operations including trimming, grinding, sanding, deburring, and polishing
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications
Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
Prepare products for packaging and shipment.
Must have a High school diploma or GED.
Must have previous manufacturing, production, assembly, finishing, or warehouse experience
Must be able to use hand and power tools
Must be able to walk and stand for majority of shift and carry items as heavy as 50 lbs. with assistance
