Job Title: Production Associate

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery to cut and form plastic materials (vacuum forming, CNC routers, saws).
Deburr, clean, assemble, and package parts.
Perform light assembly using hand tools and adhesives.
Follow work instructions and complete required documentation.
Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers).
Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with material handling, including forklift use.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with machinery and hand tools required.
Ability to read measurements accurately.
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
Blueprint reading is a plus.

Physical & Work Environment:

Must stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery.
Required safety compliance and PPE use.
No personal electronics on the production floor.

Requirements:

Reliable attendance, punctuality, and transportation.
