1st Shift Production & Processing TechnicianLocation: Mt. Pulaski, IL
Pay: $15$18/hour (based on experience)

Job Duties:- Operate and assist with seed production and processing equipment
- Support planting, harvest, and field production activities
- Load, unload, and organize materials and products
- Monitor equipment and assist with quality control
- Perform general warehouse and farm duties as needed
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Farming or agricultural experience preferred
- Basic mechanical and math skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- CDL or Chauffeur's license preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
