1st Shift Production & Processing Technician

Location: Mt. Pulaski, IL
Pay: $15$18/hour (based on experience)

Job Duties:

Operate and assist with seed production and processing equipment
Support planting, harvest, and field production activities
Load, unload, and organize materials and products
Monitor equipment and assist with quality control
Perform general warehouse and farm duties as needed
Maintain clean and safe work areas

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred
Farming or agricultural experience preferred
Basic mechanical and math skills
Valid driver's license preferred
CDL or Chauffeur's license preferred, but not required
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
