Production Associate

1st Shift Production & Processing Technician

Location: Mt. Pulaski, IL
Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)

Job Duties:

• Operate and assist with seed production and processing equipment
• Support planting, harvest, and field production activities
• Load, unload, and organize materials and products
• Monitor equipment and assist with quality control
• Perform general warehouse and farm duties as needed
• Maintain clean and safe work areas

Requirements:

• Farming or agricultural experience preferred but not required
• Basic mechanical and math skills
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
