Production Associate - 1st & 2nd Shift

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour Location: Murfreesboro, TN Schedule: Full-Time Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

No manufacturing experience? That's okay. We welcome entry-level candidates who have a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a desire to learn. Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, retail, fast food, customer service, or other team-oriented environments is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Work on the production floor in various areas of the facility
• Package, sort, stack, and prepare products for shipment
• Perform general labor duties as assigned
• Visually inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals
• Rotate between different departments and production areas as needed
