Production Associate

Hours
1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm + Overtime when needed
Pay
$18.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Set up, load, and operate machines based on work orders
Accurately read tape measures to ensure proper measurements
Inspect, load, count, and stack products efficiently
Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Excellent attendance
Nice to Have Skills
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Prior experience with packaging or assembly work
Preferred Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing or production experience
Other Requirements
Ability to work on-site
Must be able to stand for extended periods
