Job Title: Pindot Production Associate
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Monday through Friday)
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating machinery such as belt sanders and assisting with hand assembly tasks efficiently to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Visually inspecting materials and finished products throughout the process to identify and prevent defects.
  • Ensuring all assembled products meet quality and safety standards before leaving your workstation.
  • Interpreting production documentation, including order forms and customer instructions, to follow procedures accurately.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for improving workflow and efficiency.
  • Strictly adhering to FDA, ISO, and safety protocols, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance.
  • Keeping your workspace clean and organized according to 5S principles.
  • Completing required training and demonstrating flexibility by assisting with additional tasks as needed.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery, including belt sanders.
  • Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stamina to stand for 8-10 hours.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and assist in various production areas.
  • Strong attention to detail for visual inspections.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills essential for this production environment.

Location & Schedule
This on-site position is based in Elyria, OH, offering morning shifts from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Overtime may be required. Please note, public transportation is not available for this role.
