Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you will support manufacturing operations by handling materials, cleaning equipment and work areas, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What Were Looking For:

• 12 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• No education requirements
• Ability to repeatedly lift, twist, and pull 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and non-climate-controlled environments
• Ability to work around water, cleaning equipment, and industrial machinery
• Willingness to follow GMP practices, including natural nail length and no jewelry or false eyelashes

What Youll Do as a Production Associate:

• Unload and load product from press machinery
• Use hoses to fill and label product drums
• Operate washers and dryers to clean fabric materials
• Use pressure washers to clean production floors when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following GMP standards
• Support daily production and sanitation operations
• Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
