Prepare and stage materials for production jobsAssist machine operators with setups and changeoversPrepare rollers, cylinders, plates, glue pads, and make-ready materialsMaintain inventory of production supplies and consumablesMonitor inventory levels and notify leadership when replenishment is neededOrganize storage areas and accurately store materialsCoordinate the repair or reconditioning of production rollersChange glue totes and support adhesive systemsDeliver materials and supplies to production teamsPerform basic mechanical and production-support tasksHelp reduce downtime by responding promptly to operator requestsMaintain clean, organized production and storage areasSupport plant housekeeping and 5S initiativesProperly store and dispose of waste, oils, adhesives, and consumablesFollow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company standards
