Production Associate

Title: Production Associate
Location: Norwalk, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00
Shift: Mon.-Thurs. 6am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure the consistent and high-quality manufacturing of materials.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
• Assist in the packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished products for distribution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process optimization.
• Work in coordination with logistics and sales teams to facilitate smooth production-to-delivery processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
