Production associate

Production Operator Oberlin, Ohio
Pay: $18.00 $19.00/hour
Shift: Full-Time
Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs consistently

Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Oberlin, Ohio. This position involves operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Lift, move, and stack materials weighing 50+ lbs regularly
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Steel toe boots required
