You'll work closely with your team to produce high-quality goods, contribute to process improvements, and uphold safety and sanitation protocols every day.
What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Operating specialized assembly machinery with precision and strict adherence to safety standards.
- Conducting regular quality control inspections to ensure the integrity of every product.
- Handling and loading components to maintain a steady, uninterrupted production flow.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating timely material replenishment.
- Accurately documenting production output, machine settings, and quality checks in company systems.
- Following sanitation protocols to keep the work area clean and contamination-free.
- Performing routine cleaning and changing over equipment between production runs to maximize efficiency.
