Production Associate

Location: Perry, OH
Pay: $18/ph
Shift: First – 6a to 4:30p (Monday to Thursday)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate a wire forming machine used to produce wire baskets and related products. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
•    Load wire coils into the wire forming machine.
•    Monitor machine operation to ensure quality production.
•    Stack and organize finished wire baskets and products.
•    Perform visual quality checks throughout the production process.
•    Keep the work area clean and organized.
•    Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
•    Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications
•    Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
•    Strong attention to detail and quality.
•    Dependable with good attendance.
•    Ability to stand for the entire shift.
•    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.

Physical Requirements
•    Frequently lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
•    Stand, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift.
•    Work in a manufacturing environment around moving machinery.
