Production Associate
Job Location: Petaluma, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am-3:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience working in food production or manufacturing? We are looking for a dependable Production Associate to join our team and assist with the production of high-quality cheese products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Produce cheese according to daily production plans
• Monitor product quality and food safety standards
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work with team members to meet production goals
• Report quality concerns and production issues promptly
Description of Company:
You will be supporting a well-established food manufacturing company in Petaluma, California.
What Our Client is Looking for:
• Manufacturing or food production experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• English required; Spanish is a plus
Physical Requirements:
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Work in cold, wet, and occasionally noisy production environments
