Qualifications & Skills
· High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
· Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environments is preferred but not required.
· Electronics manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
· Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
· Basic knowledge of electrical components and assembly processes preferred.
· Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
· Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production goals.
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
General Accountabilities
· Perform basic product assembly by following work instructions and using hand tools or power tools as needed. Verify materials and quantities, assemble components accurately, and notify supervisors of equipment issues or material shortages.
· Inspect products during and after assembly to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify visible defects, remove damaged products from production, and report quality issues to supervisors.
· Assist with material handling, inventory organization, packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment. Load and unload materials as needed and safely operate authorized warehouse equipment.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and PPE guidelines while reporting unsafe conditions or hazards to supervisors.

· Monday thru Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
