Now hiring for a Production Associate

Location: Portland, OR

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Duties

  • Receive, inspect, label, and store raw materials and finished chemical products, and pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Handle drums, totes, bags, and containers of chemical products per established safety, OSHA, and EPA procedures.
  • Perform inventory counts, maintain accurate warehouse records, and complete required documentation on time.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, keep the warehouse organized to 5S standards, inspect materials for damage or contamination, and support spill response, production, and shipping teams as needed.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1+ years' manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience and training is a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience with material handling, inventory management, or shipping and receiving preferred.
  • Forklift operation experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
  • Basic computer and scanner skills for inventory tracking and shipping documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety compliance in a warehouse or production environment.
  • Reliable attendance, teamwork, and clear communication skills.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and move drums, totes, bags, and containers weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work around moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment while wearing required PPE.
