Production Associate - Printing & Shipping

New Era Staffing & HR Solutions is hiring immediately for a Production Associate at a leading custom fabrication company in Tukwila, WA specializing in display, shade, and shelter solutions.

This is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for dependable, energetic, and detail-focused individuals who want to be part of a hands-on fabrication team that brings large-scale projects to life.

Location: Tukwila, WA
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM or 8AM - 4:30PM

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily print production operations.
• Load and unload cutting and laminating equipment.
• Perform product counts and verify quantities.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Move finished products to the packaging department.
• Assist with packaging completed orders for shipment.
• Help prepare and process outgoing shipments.
• Use computers to enter production information and complete basic job-related tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or print production experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning production software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and move materials throughout the shift.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
