Production Associate - Raw Production

What You'll DoAs a Production Associate, you'll help prepare raw ingredients and keep production moving safely and efficiently throughout the shift.Your responsibilities may include:

Preparing raw ingredients for productionMoving pallets, ingredient carts, and product throughout the departmentOperating and working safely around production equipmentAssisting with material handling and product flowFollowing production procedures and work instructionsMaintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environmentSupporting teammates to meet daily production goalsFollowing all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standardsParticipating in our Safety & Quality Excellence (SQE) Program

Reliable with strong attendanceTeam-oriented and willing to help wherever neededComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAble to follow instructions and pay close attention to detailPositive, dependable, and safety-focusedComfortable performing physically active work throughout the shift

Physical RequirementsThis is an active position that requires:

Standing for 8+ hour shiftsFrequent bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive movementLifting up to 50 pounds regularly (up to 75 pounds with assistance when required)Pushing and pulling loaded pallets and product cartsWorking in refrigerated, cold, and wet production environments
