Pay & Schedule

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• • $18.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• • $19.00 per hour
• Guaranteed 32 hours per week
• Additional hours and overtime opportunities may be available
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential

Position Overview

As a Production Worker, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process by helping ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This is a fast-paced position in a refrigerated food production environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Work on a fast-paced production line while maintaining food safety and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Meet daily production goals and performance expectations
• Continuously handle, move, and package products
• Lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout the shift
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and food manufacturing guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Support overall production operations as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
