Pay Rate: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (2 - 2 - 3 Rotating Schedule)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and equipment operation

Experience Requirements

• Entry-level position - training provided
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and hand coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic required

Job Duties

• Monitor production lines and conveyors to ensure smooth product flow
• Pull, fold, and package trash bags as they move through the production line
• Pack finished products into boxes for shipment
• Perform repacking duties by transferring products into new cartons as needed
• Load cases and cartons onto automated packaging equipment
• Clear equipment jams using Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
• Frequent repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements
• Continuous use of hands throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
• Ability to maintain focus while monitoring moving conveyor systems
• Steel-toe shoes required

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
