Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
• Experience working with hand tools and production equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Duties

• Assemble and prepare frames and molds for casting operations
• Measure, mix, and pour materials according to production specifications
• Monitor casting processes to ensure product quality and consistency
• Remove finished products from molds and prepare them for the next stage of production
• Perform visual inspections and identify defects or quality concerns
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
