Production Associate - Sander
Job Location: Sonoma, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $22.50 - $23/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-4:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Production Associate that is comfortable working a sander drill or using hand tools in a manufacturing environment? Our client is looking for a dependable candidate to assist with a temporary project through the end of July, with the potential to extend into August based on business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use a Dremel tool and hand files to sand and finish metal clips
- Perform repetitive sanding and finishing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
Description of Company:
You will be supporting a well-established manufacturer in Sonoma, California.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience using hand tools or sanding equipment preferred
- Comfortable using a Dremel tool and performing precision work
- Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hand movements
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Strong Attention to detail and commitment to quality
