Production Associate Sewing Department

Youll work in a manufacturing environment supporting bulk packaging needs. The sewing role focuses on accurate measuring, counting, and assembling materials with a strong attention to instructions and safety. Hours
1st Shift
8:00AM - 4:30PM
30-minute unpaid lunch break from 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
Pay
$15.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Ability to accurately measure and count materials
Follow instructions and production processes carefully
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Assist with sewing/assembly tasks (basic sewing or assembly experience preferred, not required)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all company policies and health/safety procedures
Minimum Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures, with a focus on health and safety
Experience in inventory preparation / packing, wrapping / loading stretch wrapper, and domestic containerized shipments helpful
Nice to Have Skills
Basic sewing or assembly experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic knowledge of industrial sewing techniques and tools
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Prior experience in FIBC or similar industrial bag assembly (advantage)
Other Requirements
Must wear closed-toe shoes for safety
Clothing preference: T-shirts and jeans preferred; shorts/Capris acceptable if appropriate
Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Willingness to work shift schedules and meet production deadlines
