The sewing role focuses on accurate measuring, counting, and assembling materials with a strong attention to instructions and safety. Hours- 1st Shift
- 8:00AM - 4:30PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break from 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
PayKey Responsibilities- Ability to accurately measure and count materials
- Follow instructions and production processes carefully
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Assist with sewing/assembly tasks (basic sewing or assembly experience preferred, not required)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company policies and health/safety procedures
Minimum Requirements- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures, with a focus on health and safety
- Experience in inventory preparation / packing, wrapping / loading stretch wrapper, and domestic containerized shipments helpful
Nice to Have Skills- Basic sewing or assembly experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of industrial sewing techniques and tools
Preferred Education and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior experience in FIBC or similar industrial bag assembly (advantage)
Other Requirements- Must wear closed-toe shoes for safety
- Clothing preference: T-shirts and jeans preferred; shorts/Capris acceptable if appropriate
- Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work shift schedules and meet production deadlines
