Required Skills:

• Proven experience in production or manufacturing environments; night shift experience is a must for night roles
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality and safety
• Ability to follow strict safety protocols, including proper PPE use and Lockout-Tagout procedures
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude towards supporting supervisors and colleagues
• Comfortable working in physically demanding settings: standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in the poultry or food production industry
• Familiarity with USDA quality standards and Quality Assurance practices
• Basic equipment troubleshooting and monitoring capabilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior production line or manufacturing experience, especially with night shifts

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing and able to work assigned shifts in Rincon, GA:

• Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM ($16.25/hour)

• Sunday to Tuesday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM ($16.25/hour)

• Ability to comply with all safety protocols and physical job demands
