Required Skills:
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing environments; night shift experience is a must for night roles
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality and safety
- Ability to follow strict safety protocols, including proper PPE use and Lockout-Tagout procedures
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude towards supporting supervisors and colleagues
- Comfortable working in physically demanding settings: standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in the poultry or food production industry
- Familiarity with USDA quality standards and Quality Assurance practices
- Basic equipment troubleshooting and monitoring capabilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior production line or manufacturing experience, especially with night shifts
Other Requirements:
Must be willing and able to work assigned shifts in Rincon, GA:
Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM ($16.25/hour)
Sunday to Tuesday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM ($16.25/hour)
Ability to comply with all safety protocols and physical job demands
