Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a Production Associate to join our Soap Manufacturing team in St. Joseph, MO.

FDA-regulated manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
 
What You'll Do
  • Operate and monitor production and filling equipment.
  • Measure, mix, and prepare raw materials according to production specifications.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Package, label, and inspect finished products.
  • Complete production documentation accurately and thoroughly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Assist with routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Strong attendance record and dependable work history.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the organization.
  • FDA-regulated manufacturing or GMP experience is a plus, but not required.
