Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team in the dry department. This role involves handling various tasks such as loading, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery in a commercial bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Fill in the dry department by loading 50lb sacks.
• Assist in getting shipments ready for dispatch.
• Support the Filler Department as needed.
• Pack sacks of flour onto pallets.
• Prepare pallets for delivery and wrap them securely.

Essential Skills

• Experience in stocking and general labor.
• Ability to work in general production and packaging.
• Proficiency in inspection and filling operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Manufacturing.
• Physical ability to lift 50lbs continuously throughout the day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Gate, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
