Summary
We are recruiting for a Spanish Translator & Trainer to support training, communication, and production success within our poultry processing environment. In this role, you'll serve as a key bridge between leadership and associates by translating instructions, training materials, and on-the-job guidance in Spanish. You'll help new and existing team members learn safe work practices, understand quality standards, and succeed in a variety of production assignments throughout the plant. This position plays an important part in fostering strong communication, building skills, and supporting a productive and inclusive work environment.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm
