Hire Sync is hiring a Production Associate for a well-established manufacturing company in Valley City, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone with production, assembly, or machine operating experience who enjoys hands-on work with smaller parts.
No welding experience is required. The automated equipment performs the actual weld, so this role is focused on loading parts, completing light assembly, positioning components correctly, and operating the machine.
What You’ll Do
Operate automated spot and projection welding machines
Load small metal parts into machines and fixtures
Add nuts, bolts, and other components to parts before welding
Position components accurately and activate the machine to complete the weld
Remove finished parts and visually inspect them for quality
Perform light assembly of small components
Keep up with production requirements while maintaining accuracy
Follow established work instructions and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with other production and assembly duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
No previous welding experience required
Production, manufacturing, assembly, or machine operating experience is a plus
Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive processes
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and established processes
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Willingness to learn automated machinery and production processes
