Title: Production Associate
Location: Stanley, VA
Duration: 06 Months (Extension Possible)
Schedule: Mon – Thu; 03:00 PM – 01:30 AM EST
Pay Rate: $19/hr on W2
Responsibilities:
· Perform visual quality inspections on doors and identify defects.
· Repair doors using tools such as glue guns, palm sanders, sanding blocks, putty knives, clamps, chisels, and touch-up paint.
· Stack, move, and organize materials on conveyors and production lines.
· Operate jump tracks and assist with door production processes.
· Read and interpret work tickets and product specifications.
· Maintain quality standards while minimizing production defects.
· Communicate issues with upstream and downstream teams for quick resolution.
Qualifications:
· Experience in production, assembly, construction, landscaping, or general labor preferred.
· Ability to use hand tools and perform basic repair work.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to lift, slide, and flip materials up to 80 lbs.
· Comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, twisting, and working in dusty/noisy conditions.
