Production Associate Swing Shift Urgently hiring in Eugene!
Job Title: Production Associate Pay: $18.75/hr Hours: Monday - Friday from 3pm - 11:30pm & must be available for OT if/when mandated Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth packaging operations. Youll work closely with your team to set up equipment, monitor production lines, and troubleshoot issues to keep things running efficiently.
What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
Setting up and operating equipment required for packaging raw materials
Regulating machine flow or speed based on production needs
Loading materials and products into packaging machines
Recording product, packaging, and order information accurately
Monitoring the production line for issues and troubleshooting when necessary
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
The ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs without assistance
Physical stamina to be on your feet throughout the shift with constant walking
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, climb, squat, lift, push, and pull as needed
Strong attention to safety and quality standards
