Production Associate

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking Production Associates to work in the Toledo area.  This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance.  This position is available for both 2nd and 3rd shift.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare parts for processing and production
• Clean, inspect, and organize materials
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Move parts through production stages
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Collaborate with team to meet goals

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and dependability

• Positive attitude and teamwork
• Ability to learn and follow procedures
• 3 years verifiable employment
