Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Assemblers to work in a cold food production environment following strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. This position involves heavy production work, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and operating production machinery to assemble, package, and inspect food products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Team members must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment and following all food safety and personal hygiene rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, package, and inspect food products according to production specifications and safety standards.
• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day) as part of daily production tasks.
• Work in a cold environment while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure all products meet quality and packaging requirements before shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination.
• Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or product concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Follow all company safety policies, including proper lifting and handling techniques.
• Adhere to dress code — no jewelry, artificial nails, nail polish, or loose clothing allowed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food production, packaging, or machine operation preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in cold temperatures (approximately 35–45°F).
• Must be able to safely operate machinery and follow all safety protocols.
