Shift: 3rd (11pm-7:30am)
Pay: $20.80/hr
Location: Troy, MI
What You'll Do:
- Operating production equipment after training
- Loading and unloading production machinery
- Moving materials, parts, and work-in-process throughout the facility
- Assisting with fitting, welding, fabrication, and assembly operations
- Cleaning and preparing metal parts for welding, painting, or shipping
- Performing visual quality and safety inspections at the start of each shift
- Keeping work areas, equipment, and machinery clean and organized
- Reporting equipment or quality concerns to supervisors
- Supporting various departments as production needs change
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus—but not required
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, walking, and performing physical work for extended periods
- Ability to earn and maintain Hi-Lo (forklift) and crane certifications
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
