Production Associate Tubs

Hours: 7:45 am - 8:00 pm
12 HOUR SHIFTS
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation Schedule
Pay: $16.50

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a manufacturing team producing lightweight plastic containers used for personal care products such as baby wipes and feminine hygiene products. This is a light industrial position with minimal machine operation and is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished plastic containers for quality and defects.
• Scan completed products using a barcode scanner.
• Pack inspected products into boxes according to production standards.
• Perform light machine operation as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality guidelines.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
