Production Worker – Contract to Hire
Location: Twinsburg, OH (44087)
Pay: $18 – $19.50/hour
Our client in Twinsburg, Ohio is a growing and stable family-owned manufacturer of heat exchangers. We are hiring Production Workers to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth, strong benefits, and a team-oriented environment.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime available, including Saturdays
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather, sort, and prepare parts for assembly
- Wash and dry graphite materials used in production
- Cut, sand, and shape materials to specifications
- Assemble heat exchangers by reading diagrams (key responsibility)
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Operate equipment including sit-down forklift (required) and overhead crane (preferred)
- Package, crate, and palletize finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Sit-down forklift experience REQUIRED
- Overhead crane experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
- Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance
- Willingness to learn and work in multiple areas
- A valid Driver's license is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
