What You'll Do

• Support production operations by assisting with machine operation and material changeovers
• Pack, move, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and visual quality checks
• Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
• Assist with troubleshooting and basic production support tasks
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Support other departments as needed to keep production running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read work instructions and production documents
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is helpful
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting of materials up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the day
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
