Production Associate

Job Summary:
Nesco Resource is seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join our team. This role supports daily bakery production, packaging, and cleaning tasks to ensure our products meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and assembly of bakery products
• Operate basic bakery equipment safely
• Package finished goods for shipment or store delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support other tasks as assigned by supervisors

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must follow all safety and hygiene standards
• No prior experience required – we will train the right person!
