Pay Rate: $15.50 - $15.90 per hour

Shift: (1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM) (2nd Shift | 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or sewing experience preferred
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation to Winchester, KY
• Lift 20-80 lbs as needed
• Stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Work in an industrial manufacturing environment

What the Job Looks Like

General Duties (All Roles)

• Follow work instructions, specifications, and quality standards
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects and accuracy
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Meet production and attendance expectations

Sewer Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines and attach components
• Drill holes, install hoses, and complete product assembly
• Inspect finished goods for durability and quality

Hardline Responsibilities

• Align and assemble components per specifications
• Install rivets, perform welding, and trim materials
• Assemble final components using hand and impact tools

Roller Responsibilities

• Load and roll material to required size and length
• Cut and prepare materials per specifications
• Move finished pallets using a pallet jack
