Production Associate – 3RD SHIFT

Location: Winston-Salem, NC 
Pay Rate: $14.50/hr
Shift: 3rd Shift (6:30 PM – 5:00 AM)
Schedule: Full-Time | 40+ Hours Weekly
Position Type: Temporary
JOB SUMMARY
Lingo is seeking reliable General Labor associates to support warehouse and product processing operations. Team members will inspect, process, prepare, and package materials while maintaining quality, safety, and inventory accuracy standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process products according to work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Inspect and prepare products for shipment
• Complete required paperwork accurately
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
• Ensure customer quality standards are met
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• 1-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to rotate job stations and tasks throughout the shift
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math skills required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive tasks for up to 10-hour shifts
• Frequently lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work around moving equipment and warehouse traffic
• Must be able to safely operate basic warehouse tools and equipment
