Pay
$18 - $22+ per hour
Pay rate determined by shift, experience, and assigned department.
Available Shifts
1st Shift
Monday-Friday
6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift
Monday-Friday
2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift
Sunday-Thursday
10:45 PM - 7:00 AM
Overtime opportunities available.
Responsibilities
Production Associates may perform a variety of manufacturing and quality-related duties including:
- Operating production equipment
- Monitoring machine performance
- Performing quality inspections
- Packaging finished products
- Recording production information
- Maintaining production standards
- Assisting with changeovers and setup activities
- Ensuring workplace safety and cleanliness
- Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Supporting team productivity goals
Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attendance record
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
