Production Associates

West Sound Workforce is partnering with a leading manufacturer of outdoor sporting equipment to find Production Associates to join their Bainbridge Island team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help produce high-quality outdoor equipment while developing skills across multiple areas of manufacturing. Attention to detail, consistency, and pride in your work are key to success. With hands-on training and mentorship, you’ll have opportunities to build your skills and progress through the company’s production career path.

Shift information:

• Monday – Thursday 4 AM – 2:15 PM

What you will do:

• Perform hands-on manufacturing, assembly, and finishing work across multiple areas of production
• Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and quality standards to produce consistent, high-quality work
• Work with a variety of materials, components, hand tools, and production or inspection equipment
• Maintain a safe, organized work area while supporting quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Work alongside experienced teammates, learning new skills and processes as you progress through the company’s training and advancement path

What we are looking for:

• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to perform precise, detailed work using small components and tools
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow established processes, instructions, and specifications
• A commitment to quality and pride in producing careful, consistent work
• A team-oriented approach with the ability to communicate, collaborate, and contribute in a hands-on production environment
• Willingness to learn new skills, accept feedback, and continuously develop your craftsmanship
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, crafts, woodworking, electronics, composites, coatings, or other detail-oriented hands-on work is a plus
