We’re hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturer that specializes in temperature-sensitive containers used by medical facilities across the country. Production Associates Compensation and Hours:
$18.00 – 19.80 an hour
1st shift Hours--5:30am-2:00pm (availability to work 3:30am-2:00pm for overtime)
2nd shift Hours—2:30pm-11:00pm (availability to work 2:30pm-1:00am for overtime)
Must be able to work scheduled overtime hours
Production Associates Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to work at a steady, productive pace
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a large team setting
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not required
Production Associates Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet daily and hourly production goals in a fast-paced environment
Assemble and package temperature-sensitive medical containers
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet strict standards
Work collaboratively within a large team to maintain workflow efficiency
Follow safety and production procedures consistently
