Job Overview
Lingo Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates for a growing logistics and production facility in Henrico, VA. This position is responsible for assembling and kitting products according to customer specifications while maintaining quality standards and ensuring accurate inventory handling.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, performing repetitive tasks, and standing for extended periods.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Assemble and kit products according to customer work orders and specifications.
  • Verify picked items against pick tickets for accuracy.
  • Stage incoming components for production.
  • Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Label completed kits according to customer requirements.
  • Stage finished products for storage or shipment.
  • Prepare returned inventory and shipping paperwork as needed.
  • Report quality concerns or process discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least 1 year of production, assembly, or kitting experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
