General Laborer / Manufacturing Associate
We are hiring Manufacturing Associates to work in the Production Department. This role involves preparing and handling customer parts through various production processes.
Responsibilities
- Pack and unpack customer parts
- Verify part counts and conditions using shop orders
- Maintain accurate task and production records
- Follow part specifications and work instructions
- Mask, rack, load, and unload parts
- Perform shot blasting and glass beading
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes
- Follow all safety rules and procedures
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to read worksheets, order specifications, and production software information
- Steel-toed shoes required
