Olde Hearth Bread Company is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production MIXING team. We are a growing wholesale artisan bakery supplying breads and baked goods to restaurants, hotels, theme parks, and specialty markets throughout Central Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Mixing doughs.
- Scaling and shaping breads.
- Baking products.
- Packaging finished goods.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Following food safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bakery, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

5 day work week 40 hours plus overtime in season.
