Production Baker

Responsibilities:
• Assist with various tasks in the bakery, contributing to the preparation and production of a wide range of items.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
• Show willingness to help with whatever is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery.
• Maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support overall bakery operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional baking experience required. Cake decorating experience preferred
• A good work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take on various tasks as needed in the bakery.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Demands:
• Standing for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and kneeling
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly
• Working in a warm environment near ovens and proofers
• Some weekend shifts required
