Job Title: Production/Hand Assembly
Location: Elkhart
Pay: $17.00 / hour
Shift: 1st Monday to Friday 5am to 1:30pm
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for Production positions to join our team. This role involves working in a safe and fast-paced environment with a clear focus on delivering the highest quality packaging.
Job Description:
Follow all safety procedures associated with machine centers
Prepare bottom and top sheets for units and print load tags
Ensure unitization per customer specifications
Understand and participate in quality checks as required
Work at the pace set by the machine operator to meet production schedules
Read and follow shop order instructions
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area
Job Requirements:
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a diverse workforce
Frequently required walking and reaching with hands and arms
Frequently required lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred
Proven ability to work safely, adhering to all safety processes and policies
Ability to work a flexible schedule occasionally to support operational and business needs
Ability to work either individually or in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
